Email sign-ups: if you choose to enter your email address, we store your email, the page or feature you signed up from, your selected province (if any), and your language preference. We do not require an account and we do not collect your name.

Calculator inputs stay on your device: the eligibility and CRS tools run in your browser. The answers you enter (age, education, language scores, work experience, etc.) are not sent to or stored on our servers — they are kept only in your browser's local storage so the tools can remember them on your device.

NOC Finder duty text: if you use the AI-assisted NOC Finder, the duty description you enter is sent to our server and to our AI provider so we can suggest possible NOC codes. We use it only to return your result; we do not sell it or use it to build an advertising profile.

We collect your email only when you submit it, so we can send you Canadian immigration updates and product news. By submitting the form you consent to receive those emails. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time — see “Your choices” below.

We use service providers to operate the site: Supabase (database), Google Cloud (hosting), and Google/Vertex AI for the NOC Finder. Your email and NOC Finder requests may be processed on servers located in Canada or the United States. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

If you purchase a paid tool, the payment is handled by our partner product and by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking analytics. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember tool inputs on your own device and to count free NOC Finder usage.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the email information we hold about you, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing christophe522.garon@gmail.com. We will action deletions promptly.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
