Privacy Policy

Email sign-ups: if you choose to enter your email address, we store your email, the page or feature you signed up from, your selected province (if any), and your language preference. We do not require an account and we do not collect your name.

Calculator inputs stay on your device: the eligibility and CRS tools run in your browser. The answers you enter (age, education, language scores, work experience, etc.) are not sent to or stored on our servers — they are kept only in your browser's local storage so the tools can remember them on your device.

NOC Finder duty text: if you use the AI-assisted NOC Finder, the duty description you enter is sent to our server and to our AI provider so we can suggest possible NOC codes. We use it only to return your result; we do not sell it or use it to build an advertising profile.

We collect your email only when you submit it, so we can send you Canadian immigration updates and product news. By submitting the form you consent to receive those emails. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time — see “Your choices” below.

We use service providers to operate the site: Supabase (database), Google Cloud (hosting), Google/Vertex AI for the NOC Finder, Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity for measurement and advertising (see “Cookies and analytics”). Your email and NOC Finder requests may be processed on servers located in Canada or the United States. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

If you purchase a paid tool, the payment is handled by our partner product and by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, and Google Ads tags to measure conversions from our advertising and to build remarketing audiences. These load on every page, set third-party cookies, and send your IP address, page URL and interaction events to Google, which may process them outside Canada. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and mouse or touch movement — so we can find broken and confusing screens. Those recordings can include the answers you type into our calculators. Clarity masks text by default, and we never use it to identify you, but it is a recording of your visit and it is processed by Microsoft outside Canada.

You can opt out of Google's tags with Google's browser add-on, your browser's cookie controls, or Google's own ad settings; blocking cookies or using tracking protection also stops Clarity. The site additionally uses your browser's local storage to remember tool inputs on your own device and to count free NOC Finder usage — that stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the email information we hold about you, or unsubscribe, at any time by emailing info@scoreroutecanada.ca. We will action deletions promptly.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
