Québec skilled worker — invitation via Arrima

Stream 1 of Québec's Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés (PSTQ) targets highly qualified workers in NOC TEER 0–2 occupations. Candidates are invited from the Arrima pool based on a declaration of interest.

Key requirements

•Occupation TEER 0, 1 or 2 (not regulated)
•Experience ≥ 12 months (last 5 yrs)
•Recognized post-secondary diploma
•French: oral ≥ 7 and written ≥ 5
•Spouse: French oral ≥ 4 (if applicable)
•Age ≥ 18 and financial self-sufficiency
