Stream 2 of the PSTQ is for intermediate and manual occupations (NOC TEER 3–5), with an emphasis on experience gained in Québec. Invitations are issued through the Arrima pool.

Key requirements

•Occupation TEER 3, 4 or 5 (not regulated)
•Experience ≥ 24 months (last 5 yrs)
•Of which ≥ 12 months in Québec
•Diploma equivalent to ≥ secondary
•French: oral ≥ 5
•Age ≥ 18 and financial self-sufficiency
