Arrima (Quebec Expression of Interest)

Arrima is the official online portal used by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) to manage applications for permanent residence under Quebec's skilled worker programs. Prospective immigrants who wish to settle in Quebec must create an Arrima profile to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). This profile serves as a digital application, allowing individuals to showcase their skills, qualifications, education, language proficiency, and other factors that align with Quebec's labour market needs.

Once an EOI is submitted through Arrima, it is registered in a pool. Quebec regularly draws candidates from this pool based on specific criteria and labour market demands. Individuals who receive an invitation to apply (ITA) through Arrima are then required to submit a full application for permanent residence to MIFI within a specified timeframe.
